Worker Satisfactoriness

Satisfactoriness is a core concept in the theory of work adjustment (Dawis, 1996), and is the degree to which a worker's performance in a job meets the expectations of the work environment. In a sense, worker satisfactoriness is the reinforcer for a work environment's behavior that the worker will subsequently experience as satisfying. Satisfactoriness is closely related to the construct job performance, one of the most important in vocational psychology.
