Career brand idea

A simple, differentiated, and relevant identity that an individual establishes for their capabilities as a worker. The career brand idea is what their work capability stands for in other people's minds. It is the direct analog in career development for the concept of the brand idea in marketing (for discussion of the brand idea, see Adamson, 2006).
