Consultation Services from Andrew Carson Associates

Please contact Andrew Carson Associates for information on consultation services, provided in any of the following areas. Our concern is to help you maximize the level, rate, and ease of talent development of your students or workers. Following consultation with the Principal, a team of expert consultants will be assigned to assist you with your particular needs. Two areas of activity are supported: K-16 education and adult vocational behavior within the workplace. Rates are competitive with those of other consultation services.

1. Assessment research and development. This can include instrument development, integrated reporting of results of assessments, or consultation as to the meaning of particular assessment results. Our staff are expert in research methods and psychometrics (including secure data management and archiving) as well as the practical side of test reporting, interpretation, and professional presentation of the results. We can also help you implement any assessment through either print- or technology-based solutions.

2. Professional development. This can include both direct training services as well as the development of stand-alone or web-based programs. Our staff have experience in developing and providing training services for both school and corporate settings.

3. Program evaluation. This includes the evaluation of programs in light of their intended outcomes and processes, in the context of the values of the organization. Methods can include both quantitative and qualitative methods.
